He is survived by his wife, Lucile; son, William E. of Dayton; sisters, Thelma Markham, Lenora Eileen Davis Marian Miranda all of Dayton, Florence Hill of Huber Heights; brother, Paul J.

of Dayton; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. He was a retired employee of Frigidaire and was a member of Ohmer Park United Methodist Church. He was also a member of Mystic Lodge No. 405 Scottish Rite-Valley of Dayton, and the Antioch Shrine. He was an avid bowler and was Past-President of Central State's Bowling Association.

Mrs. Geiger was also survived by her grandchildren, Lisa and Rick Nack, Lynne and Bob Christiano, Lea and Gary Snider of Dayton and Mark Geiger of Kettering; great-grandchildren, Robert Nack and Ashley Christiano.

She had numerous nieces and nephews. A life long resident of Dayton, Mrs. Geiger was retired from the Dayton teaching system. Burial will be in Woodland. There will be a private memorial.

age 65, of Oakwood, died Wednesday, December 5, 1990 at Kettering Medical Center after a year-long illness. He was born September 19, 1925 in Dayton. He retired in 1989 from City Loan Bank as a Finance Manager. He was a former basketball football star at both Northridge H.S. University of Dayton. His involvement in sports began at an early age when he was the bat boy for his father's semi-professional baseball team, the Dayton Shroyers, in the 1930's. A serious knee injury prevented him from proceeding to the professional ranks. Gus will be remembered as a kind, gentle caring man who will be missed by those who loved him.
