T-Mobile can not run streaming services or download movies or game on the magenta plan. This is through my hotspot but even on my phone the internet often has crashes YouTube and chrome crash atleast once a day that shouldn't be an issue.

This is the worst internet/TV app service provider I have EVER used. They do not deliver consistent service...they lie...they over charge...promising delivery of service dates that never materialize...then they have the audacity to not remove charges for services never delivered.I have worked with ATT and Comcast for years...in 35 years I have never spent as much time trying to get things fixed as I have with SpectrumAnd then...it is not fixed anywayLET THE BUYER BEWARE
