🗣️ If you’ve got private student loans with Navient I need your attention and I need it immediately. Thanks to the Project On Predatory Lending (PPSL) we’re bringing some much needed attention to the Navient Private Loan Forgiveness program that has been going on in the shadows. The Navient program is quite similar to the Federal Borrower Defense program which has been responsible for more than $28.7 billion in forgiveness for 1.6 million borrowers under the Biden-Harris administration. If you have private federal loans that are serviced by Navientand you have attended a predatory for profit school you may be able to challenge your Navient private loans. You will have to explain how Navient misled you and provide supporting documentation of their unethical practices. Once you submit your application, Navient will typically respond in 30 days and if they don’t you can file a complaint with the CFPB.
